Order of lists in MC

MC would be more usable if the dropdown menus were organized to put the entries that the user most likely wants near the top.

Three specific suggestions:

• If the user has selected a mouse, list first the rigs that this mouse has run on in the last week
• If the user has selected a rig, list first the mice that have run on this rig in the last week
• If the user has selected an expDef, list first (or only?) the param files that were saved with this expDef
