Hi, could anyone please tell me the meaning of (S1<smin+1e-3 & S1<Th) in isolated_peaks.m?

I know the meaning of S1<Th, but where is the number 1e-3 coming from? Sorry i don't have much neuroscience background. Do you think (S1<=smin & S1<Th) can also work here?

One more question, maybe it's the same things as the first question. Where is the standard of 1.2 in (sum_peaks<1.2) coming from? Why you choose 1.2 not other numbers here?

Thanks
