Ensure a history point point is being created with the oldest commit

The history point detection process should generate a list of dates and commit ids that includes the commit id of the first commit in the project's history. From viewing the contents of ~/.freshli/boms/ it looks like the first history stop point is the first "interval start" that occurs after the first commit in the history. Here's an example directory listing that was created for an analysis of QuestDB.
