[next-devel] manifest: don't use modular repos #511

Remove modular repos from the list in this file, as we no longer
require sourcing modular content. Part of:
coreos/fedora-coreos-tracker#525

FYI the CI run seems to be failing because some packages need to be tagged in but coreos-koji-tagger is failing because of missing packages on the filesystem. I'll have to look into it tomorrow.

With butane 0.18.0 and the correct variants and versions file embedding of SSH
keys and systemd (dropins) is possible.
