Enhancement: Consolidate device, face, and app management into a single screen

The number of tabs is growing. I think it might make sense to consolidate anything device specific into a single tab.

Here's a mock up, (apologies for my chicken scratch):

• current watch with current face is shown up top
• faces and apps are managed under sub-tabs
• tapping the current watch opens up device management.
