Adding a License

Hi there,

You make it pretty clear that you want these to be used for community collaboration and hacking, however the lack of a license leaves it pretty vague over what's allowed or not, could a license please be added to clear this up?

It would also be pretty cool if pebble devices were certified open-source hardware by the Open Source Hardware Association.
