What does this PR do?

  • copy the multi-site-test utility into Coral
    • was a private repo, doesn't need to be
    • tired of opening another terminal when it could just live inside Coral

These changes will impact:

  • create a config.json based on readme in multi-site-test/
  • run the following commands
    cd multi-site-test
    npm ci
    npm run start

No

How do we deploy this PR?

  • merge into develop
  • cut into next release whenever it is ready
