@microstudi Could you please help us to fix the Docker build in this branch? We are upgrading from Rails 7.0 to Rails 7.2. I still need to review some failing (feature) specs, but the Docker workflow is failing when trying to compile assets:

ERROR: failed to solve: process "/bin/sh -c RAILS_ENV=production SECRET_KEY_BASE=dummy RAILS_MASTER_KEY=dummy DB_ADAPTER=nulldb bundle exec rails assets:precompile" did not complete successfully: exit code: 1

The raised error is:

Error retrieving instance profile credentials: Aws::InstanceProfileCredentials::TokenRetrivalError
bin/rails aborted!
Aws::Errors::MissingRegionError: No region was provided. Configure the `:region` option or export the region name to ENV['AWS_REGION'] (Aws::Errors::MissingRegionError)

Which seems a bit weird, since in this env we are using STORAGE_PROVIDER=local.
