Duplicate  applications

Hi!

We are writing this message from Girona.  In our timebank we are finding ourselves with many applications pending, that have already been  accepted or denied.  In one case we have a supposed pending application of the same person up to 15 times!  Is there a way to delete these  duplicate forms??
