Do not allow login to inactive members

Members can be disabled by admin as first step before to remove them from organisation. Member have "active" field  https://github.com/coopdevs/timeoverflow/blob/develop/db/schema.rb#L100

Members where active="false" should not be allowed to log this organisation. Notice that user can be member to different organisations.
