Mobile notifications not working on iOS

Mobile notifications do not seem to be working on iOS at all. Tested on two iPhones - though both are the same model (SE 2020) with similar version of iOS (16.3.1 on one, not sure the exact version used when testing on the other one but around the same version number).

Logged in to the mobile app fine on the iPhones, created new offers/requests from a different account on a computer, and no notifications appeared (not even by the next day). When signed in to the same account on iPhone and Android phone, the notifications come through on the Android phone but still not on the iPhone.

Although I haven't tested this myself, I understand from other NZ timebanks that mobile notifications now work on iOS, so is this issue ready to close?

Yes @JohnGillanders! Mobile notifications were fixed in #20.
