Reinstalling Continue.dev VSCode plugin does not recreate settings file

Relevant environment info

I made some changes to the Continue.dev settings file that broke. There is no way to reset the file. Nor can I find an example file anywere online. So I tried reinstalling the extension, but that just uses the old configuration file - uninstalling doesn't actually uninstall all files.

rm -rf ~/.continue.config.yaml will reset the file. It wouldn't hurt for us to potentially add a shortcut for this.

Still get an error after deleting this file.

@azzlack that error has happened to me once before, I think when I switched to a new machine but copied over my old files. The problem is the secret store is corrupted. I think if you rm -rf the continue.continue-1.0.11 directory and reload the extension it should fix itself.
