VSCE package reporting error, how to repackage and generate VSCode plugin

try to use npx vsce package --out ./build --no-dependencies
and remove or comment out all lines form \extensions\vscode.vscodeignore

I recommend taking a look at our main.yaml GH workflows file, which is used to build the extension for releases.
