Clarify that Context Providers are only used in chat

Issue Description

When reading https://docs.continue.dev/customize/context-providers (as a new user) it was not clear to me that this refers specifically to the chat feature, not autocomplete. Might be helpful to clarify that ContextProviders are only used by Chat, not Autocomplete, Edit or Actions.

Relatedly, it would be great if I could somehow provide some of the context providers to autocomplete (in particular clipboard and db schema).
