Ask Continue only highlights between 3 lines above selection and 3 lines below selection instead of whole warning/error squiggly lines

Description

Ask Continue will highlights only 7 lines: between 3 lines above selection and 3 lines below selection instead of whole warning/error squiggly lines

To reproduce

Go to an error/warning, highlight the error/warning, click Quick Fix and click Ask Continue.
