Generate one file per WinMD input. This improves tooling (diffs, loading in editors, etc) because of smaller file sizes.
These are contract classes that don't belong in the generated bindings.
Currently the MSVC target is not supported by docs.rs, but it's the only sensible one to choose here.
default-target does not actually work yet

This also sets the correct docs.rs metadata and slightly improves the documentation.
