[Feature Request] Alignment with upstream cforge capabilities #7

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
While this standalone CLI was being developed, a parallel effort with the same name was being added to the core contextforge repo in IBM/mcp-context-forge#1207. Naming was coordinated intentionally, and the functionality is orthogonal, so this issue is to align the functionality into a single cforge CLI.
