Rate Limit error while importing

same issue here... the contentful cli should respect the rate limit what the account had and should not burst and break the CMA rate limiting.

At least in my case, it would seem that things are still running in the background, and the CLI simply shows the last error or warning that occurred (this rate limit error is, I believe, just a warning). I just let it sit there and it eventually completed, but I only had 92 assets, and this step took 288s. I imagine this can be very slow for an operation on a much larger number of assets.
