Changes in this pull request

This update changes the README and pull request format to our "Sentence case" convention. I didn't include the Code of Conduct or Contributing documents since that seemed like standard Adobe documents - let me know if those should be added.

This might be contentious but I also removed the periods on the "Key features" bullet points since they were sentence fragments and not complete sentences.

Agree that contributing and code of conduct pages should not be edited.
