docs: API doc clean up and improvement

WIP PR to clean up the docs that are published to https://docs.rs/c2pa/latest/c2pa/ per #1175.

Please feel free to commit to the branch to make further improvements.

• Updated links to C2PA spec.

• Hide docs for these modules:

  • Dynamic_assertions
  • Crypto
  • validation_status
  • status_tracker
  • Identity

• Hide all docs for macros

• Remove docs for trait ManifestPatchCallback
