You are basically right, but I would go the other way to fix this - by completing the migration and setting a new tag, we should be pushing latest, if I understand the action correctly. |

There is no tag reference in the current compose example or README.md. Default tag references for docker tooling will use "latest" as a defacto standard, so explicit tag references should be added.
