Move junkfile to ${TESTDIR} directory #1995

This PR moves junkfile to the ${TESTDIR} directory. The junkfile is generated during bats tests in the tests directory. Moving the junkfile to the ${TESTDIR} directory avoids unintended writing this file to the git history.
