Top hard hitting issues

This is a list of currently known issues that are having a wide-ranging impact on the behavior of nerdctl: they run deep in the codebase and are major sources of different symptoms and flakyness.

Fixing them would enhance reliability significantly.

• Multi-platform image code is broken #3516
• CNIEnv concurrency issues #3556
• [MAJOR] content digest not found #3513
  • pending [P0] Fix #3513 ([MAJOR] content digest not found) #4062 seem to address a slew of these cases
• [URGENT] Regression? TestRunWithTtyAndDetached on windows appears broken on main #3437 (windows specific)
