As far as i remember the serve function does that. Rotates connections based on the quality of the proxy. I've not digg on how is that managed. Default pool (--limit) is 100.

This is a great question IMHO because currently is lacking control.

Yes, would be great to control proxies rotation from HTTP error codes or from external requests (ie send commands like "change proxy", "remove proxy from pool"...)
