We can ignore this failure. PHP 5.5 failed because of a bad Composer init, 5.4, 5.6, hhvm all succeeded. |

Reviewed code changes and performed manual test of basic contact and email campaign operations, as well as tested new library upload features. Test results were successful. |

Update to using composer as a base (while still allowing manual downloading of older versions), and Guzzle as a framework.
