add support for `NO_COLOR`

I tried using indicatif in no color mode and it seems like it doesn't support it, even after setting NO_COLOR env variable indicatif continue showing colors... I'm not sure if this is a issue of console crate which indicatif use internally or we are overriding the behavior ourselves, but overall having support for NO_COLOR mode would be nice.
