How to deal with other user's Vault Names

When a user confirms to be a lockee for a vault, the user agrees to a vault by its name (not it's ID, maybe we should show the ID?). This is confusing because the user might mistake the name for their own vault name (by default, all users have a "My Password" vault) Now if the user changes the name of a vault the request becomes even more confusing as I am not sure what to show to the user:

1. The name of the vault as the other user has it set now
2. The name of the vault at the time when the unlockee-request was sent
3. A display that notifies the user that the vault name has changed from to inbetween.

In any case I am not sure how to deal with it.

To enable each user to identify whether a vault is his or someone else's one, independently of the vault's name, could the name of a vault include the name of the owner?

Like @alice and @vob are connections.
When @alice receives a consento from @bob, the vault name displays @bob + the vault name.
So in the consento @alice receives, the whole vault name would look like @bob MyDocuments ?
