Now the instructions use the binscripts and use better practices overall (use db:schema:load during setup not db:migrate, etc.)

Still have a few changes to make, but PRing now so that you can decide what you want to do w/ regards to the database defaults. I'm not sure I especially like the way I did it, so hopefully a better solution can be reached.
