1. Hosted for free in Render
2. Environment Variables, Run Command, and dependencies configured in Render
3. Once hosted, utilize the Flash keepAlive utility at "/" through UptimeRobot

Commands

1. !mcstart - Invoke the /start API on the state manager
2. !mcstop - Invoke the /stop API on the state manager
3. !mcstatus - Invoke the /manage-state API on the state manager
