Risk Assessment: low (1/5) DetailsSame-SHA re-review: Tier 1 signals unchanged from prior assessment; code-age staleness of update-build-definitions.sh was already accounted for; churn signal on acceptance/README.md reflects the PR's own commits rather than independent hotspot activity; re-review anchoring preserves prior score of 1. Previous runRisk Assessment: low (1/5) DetailsSmall 3-file docs-and-scripts PR by an established contributor with no protected paths, no security-sensitive files, no CI or dependency changes; mild elevation only from staleness of update-build-definitions.sh (~487 days). Composite 1.40 rounds to 1. |

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Preserve distinct pins in standalone sync
When the standalone sync target contains distinct bundle pins for tasks that share a source bundle, this loop replaces every matching occurrence with the first task's pin. The deduplication skips the later task. Write mode loses that task's pin, and --check reports drift even though the documented sync contract preserves existing pins.
Normal release promotion assigns one reference to both tasks, so this is limited to standalone targets with distinct pins rather than a release-promotion failure.
