Updating ldap objects to user records

This PR is to update the ldap assets in this examples repo to be user objects. Currently without this change, the examples where Control Center is deployed is unable to find appropriate users as they do not appear properly in ldapsearches and can prevent proper rolebindings from being assigned or even login, since they do not share the same userObjectClass as the service accounts that are used by the Confluent Components. This creates a disconnect from user expectation and experience.

The propose change here updates the ldap objects to all be user records and updates all kafka CR to use said update objects.
