… timeouts. So, I had to increase it to prevent test being aborted. "The active test run was aborted. Reason: Test host process crashed : Unhandled exception. System.OperationCanceledException: The operation was canceled."

- Lazily initialize from Environment variables if no custom config - Improve unset env variable error message
