Adding license_url to meta.yaml docs

Would be nice to add `license_url` to the `meta.yaml` docs with a brief description of what it is and how to use it. Guessing [this]( https://github.com/conda/conda-docs/blob/master/docs/source/building/meta-yaml.rst ) is the right document.
