ScrollToBottom does not work in Opera

Hi! Thanks for your great work here. We use your component in a chat tab and users complained, that it doesn't scroll to end, though it works fine for most of our users. It turned out the affected users were using Opera and after switching to Chrome, Firefox or Edge it worked.
