Improve the layout of the home page.
Details
Improve the layout of the home page to have a call-to-action (join us) near the top as well as the one on the bottom. Redesign the layout to also highlight open source team projects and other club announcements.
Why would this feature be useful?
So that it to better highlights the join us CTA, open source team projects and other club announcements.
Additional Notes
Update the Figma design first to plan the new design.
