Improve the responsiveness of grids throughout the website by replacing them with a svg version.

Improve the responsiveness of grids throughout the website by replacing them with a svg version. Make the grid cells more smaller and have less contrast, similar to the grids in https://zed.dev.
Why would this feature be useful?
To avoid grid overflows and to make them look better.
