Why would this feature be useful?

Makes it clearer to people wanting to sign up to the club of the different options for paying for the club membership.

For the Square online payment, the logo should be a square, not a circle.

Also, where does it link to? If it's the online checkout link, it shouldn't be there since the payment flow is now integrated in the website. Maybe it should be changed to say that you pay online via the website after signing up or something like that.
