Parking-United.com Getting Started Guide

Welcome to Parking-United.com!

Whether you're a driver looking for the perfect parking spot or a business seeking efficient parking solutions, we've got you covered. This guide will walk you through the essential steps to make the most out of our platform.

1. Create Your Account

  • Step 1: Visit our homepage.
  • Step 2: Click on the "Sign Up" button.
  • Step 3: Fill in the necessary details – email, password, and any other required information.
  • Step 4: Verify your email by clicking on the link sent to your inbox.

2. Customize Your Profile

Once logged in:

  • Step 1: Navigate to "Profile Settings".
  • Step 2: Add a profile picture and update your personal information.
  • Step 3: Set your vehicle details if you're a driver. Businesses can set their parking lot details.

3. Using the Parking Finder Tool

  • Step 1: Access the "Parking Finder" from the main dashboard.
  • Step 2: Input your desired location.
  • Step 3: View available spots, their costs, and additional features like security or accessibility.

4. Making a Booking

Found a spot?

  • Step 1: Select the parking spot.
  • Step 2: Choose your parking duration – hourly, daily, or monthly.
  • Step 3: Make a payment using our secure payment gateway.
  • Step 4: You'll receive a confirmation email with the booking details.

5. Manage Your Bookings

Keep track of all your bookings:

  • Step 1: Navigate to "My Bookings".
  • Step 2: Here you can view, modify, or cancel your reservations.

6. For Businesses – Offering Your Parking Space

Want to list your parking lot?

  • Step 1: Navigate to "List Your Parking".
  • Step 2: Provide detailed information about your parking space, including location, size, and pricing.
  • Step 3: Submit for verification. Once approved, your listing will be live.

7. Get Our Mobile App

Stay connected on the go:

  • Download our app "PU Spotter™" from the App Store or Google Play.
  • Log in with your Parking-United.com credentials.
  • Access all platform features seamlessly from your mobile device.
