Please include a summary of changes, motivation and context for this PR.
We currently have a bug in our MacOS workflow. The sed command which MacOS ships with is now completely compatible with the one which ships with Linux. By switching to use gnus sed then the following error should be fixed https://github.com/compiler-research/CppInterOp/actions/runs/12856941555/job/35844235248#step:14:7326
