The live work queue for Dragon CSS lanes. Every PM or lane session reads this first, claims work by editing the list, and updates it as work moves. Binding rules: AGENTS.md and docs/goals/milestone-2-proof/lane-contract.md (the cloud path).

Claiming: put [session: <name>] on an item before starting it. Never take an item someone else has claimed. When a PR is reviewed clean, post the LAND-READY comment and add the land-ready label (see "Hand-off"), then mark it land-ready.
