Fast channel switching

Fast-switching to:
a) highlighted channels
b) active channels
c) arbitrary channels
was suggested on #communi. UX ideas are welcome... :)

Idea: add small buttons at the bottom of the channel list, so that user can easily show/hide inactive channels and/or unhighlighted channels. Furthermore, add a search/filter button that lets user enter arbitrary names to filter a long list of channels.
