[BUG] Notifications don't use icon and name

What happened?

If a user receives a notification the notification doesn't use the application icon and the name isn't shown.

What did you expect to happen.

The application icon is used for the notification.

How reproduce the issue

1. Open the app
2. Connect to a server
3. Receive a message

Environment

- OS: Sailfish OS latest
- Device: Sony Xperia 1

Attachments or other information

The notification category used by us was removed in sailfishos/commhistory-daemon#7.
