Fixes #3188 Travis failing on master
What changes did you make and why?
The build was failing on master due to an incorrectly named resource file. So I renamed the file
values-tt-cyrltovalues-b+tt+Cyrlwhich is the correct name.Tests performed (required)
Tested betaDebug on Nokia 7 Plus with API level 28.
