wrong favicon

The current website [favorite icon](https://github.com/colorforth/colorforth.github.io/blob/master/favicon.ico) is from EarthLink (past web-hosting).

It seems that [cf.png](https://github.com/colorforth/colorforth.github.io/blob/master/cf.png) can be far better for that.
