This Player is Powered by Pisignae.com - but player has a license

Hi - I am running pi Signage opensource server, hash 021763, May 7 2025 on Ubuntu 22.04. Player version is 3.2.9. I have downloaded licenses to my server, checked my PiSignage username, etc. The ticker message will not disappear.

Everything else is working fine - I can deploy playlists, etc.

I have even bought an extra license and registered the same player for a new player only license, but still no luck.

Is anyone able to suggest what I might try next?

Especially,

• license should be generated as "Player only" while registering
• installation name should be same as your username at pisignage.com (not email ID)
• license file name should be same and without any extra characters like ~1
• License file is uploaded to your server and player is online
