RFC 9074 - Alarm Extension

RFC 9074 extends what the VALARM component can do.

Add the following to the VALARM:

• UID
• RELATED-TO
• ACKNOWLEDGED: DATE-TIME
• "SNOOZE" relationship type for use with the "RELTYPE" - 7.1. Relationship Type Property Parameter
• PROXIMITY MAX ONCE
  • "ARRIVE" / "DEPART" / "CONNECT" / "DISCONNECT"
