Allow Configuration of StacheBox JWT Return

The request/return method of the JWT token from Stachebox authentication can require reconfiguration of certain web server defaults ( NGINX, IIS ) in order to handle the length of the token in the header.  

Add a setting to allow for alternate transmission format options, so that web servers do not have to be re-configured for header lengths.
