Add Pagination to Dashboard Scan History #118

Description

Description

Summary

Add pagination to the Vizably dashboard so that users see a maximum of 20 saved scans per page.

Problem

As users accumulate more scans, displaying the entire scan history on a single dashboard page can become difficult to navigate and inefficient to load.

Proposed Work

  • Display a maximum of 20 scans per dashboard page.
  • Add controls for navigating between pages.
  • Show the current page and available pages where appropriate.
  • Ensure pagination works with the existing saved-scan data stored in the user's storage.
  • Maintain existing scan selection and report-opening functionality.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The dashboard displays no more than 20 scans at a time.
  • Users can navigate between pages when more than 20 scans exist.
  • Pagination correctly reflects the available scan history.
  • Existing scans remain accessible through the dashboard.
  • The implementation works with the existing GitHub storage architecture.

Makes sense, but it wants to land after #119. Both change the same Dashboard list and #119 adds checkbox selection, so doing pagination first means reworking it. One design point to settle before you start: if someone selects scans on page 1 and moves to page 2, does the selection survive? Easiest answer is yes, with the count shown next to the select all.
