Account list is not always sorted by Favorites first

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

1. Add a star to three or more accounts
2. Create a transaction and click on the "other Account" to open the Account list
3. Cancel and go back to Account Activity
4. Edit an Account
5. Open its parent Account list
6. Open its default Transfert Account list
7. Create a transaction and click on the "split" button to open the Splits list
8. Click on an "other Account" in an item

Expected behaviour

2. Account Favorites appear at first in the Account list
3. Account Favorites appear at first in the Account list
4. Account Favorites appear at first in the Account list
5. Account Favorites appear at first in the Account list

Actual behaviour

2. Account Favorites appear at first in the Account list
3. Account Favorites DO NOT appear at first in the Account list
4. Account Favorites DO NOT appear at first in the Account list
5. Account Favorites DO NOT appear at first in the Account list
