Looking Up Share Page is not Scoped to Published Revision

When setting the share target to a specific page, the page is looked up by perma_id without scoping to the published revision. This can lead to displaying outdated page information in the social sharing meta tags or can even lead to exceptions when the parent chapter of the found page has since been deleted.
